Reporting Communal Faults

If you notice a problem in the communal areas (e.g., failed hallway lighting, broken entrance locks, structural damp, or leaks), please report it immediately to the management team via the Contact Page.

Residents are entirely responsible for the upkeep and internal plumbing/repairs within their own individual flats.

Alterations

Noise & Communal Space

Please keep noise to a minimum during late hours. Avoid leaving personal items, bicycles, or rubbish bins in the shared hallways.
